Why is it that we find ourselves wanting it before even thinking about how to use it? Perhaps it is the simple charm of the object itself. KIM HONO Born in 1958 in Seto, Aichi Prefecture, Japan, KIM HONO held his first solo exhibition in 1985 at the age of 27. Since then, he has presented numerous solo and group exhibitions both in Japan and abroad, receiving many awards and honors throughout his career. Today, he continues to create distinctive and original works at his studio in Jōkōji, Seto City, where he has pursued his unique artistic vision for over 40 years.
